  • First and second fix carpentry

3. Service Delivery & Scheduling

3.1 Service Estimates & Quotes

Before starting any work, we will provide a detailed written estimate or quote based on the project requirements. The estimate is subject to change if additional work is required or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

3.2 Project Timeline

We strive to meet all project deadlines. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

3.3 Scheduling & Site Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work site is ready for the agreed-upon start date. This includes providing access to the area, necessary utilities, and clearance for our team to begin work.


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Process

A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms and amounts will be specified in the quote or service agreement.

We accept payments through bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other secure methods.

4.2 Late Payments

In the event of late payment, a late fee may be applied as per the agreed terms. We reserve the right to pause work until payment is received.


5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 Changes to Project Scope

If there are any changes or additions to the project scope after the work has started, we will provide a revised estimate and timeline. Changes may impact the final cost of the project.

5.3 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate the project if payments are not received, if there is a breach of contract, or if the work becomes impossible or unsafe to complete.


6. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients must:

  • Communicate clearly with us regarding project expectations
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the project timeline or result in additional charges.


7. Warranty & Guarantee

We offer a workmanship warranty on all services provided. If any issues arise due to defects in craftsmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the work at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
  • Changes to the project made after completion
  • Non-structural issues resulting from material defects

The warranty period is typically 12 months from the date of completion unless specified otherwise.


8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for:

  • Any damage caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, client modifications, third-party interference)
  • Delays caused by external suppliers or circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the project

Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount paid for the affected services under the specific agreement.


9. Health & Safety

We adhere to all health and safety regulations in the construction and carpentry industry. Our team is fully trained and equipped to handle any project safely.

Clients are expected to maintain a safe working environment. If the site is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to suspend work until the safety concerns are addressed.


10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All project details, designs, and any other proprietary information shared with us will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
